Web dashboard
The dashboard at app.kiki-os.com is mission control for your Kiki devices. Sign in from any browser to see everything at once.
Signing in
Use whatever's easiest:
- Magic link — we email you a link; click to sign in.
- One-time code — we email you a short code.
- Password — classic email and password.
- Social login — sign in with a connected account.
Turn on two-factor for extra security. The dashboard and the mobile app share the same account, so you see the same devices everywhere.
Signing in vs. connecting a device
Signing in is for you. Bringing a device into your account is a separate, quick step — see Connecting a device.
Personal and team
A switcher lets you move between your personal devices and any team you belong to. The active context scopes everything you see — devices, the store, and shared data all belong to it. Switch to a team to manage a shared fleet together.
What you can do
| Area | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Overview | A glance at your fleet and recent activity. |
| Devices | Every device, its status, and what it's running. Open one to act on it. |
| Sessions | The tasks running across your devices — watch them live, jump in. |
| Store | Browse and install apps. |
| Vault | Your synced data and which apps can access what. |
| Settings | Account, billing, preferences, permissions, and secrets. |
Watching and steering tasks
Open a session to watch it live and — depending on the device's control mode — drive it: approve a pending step, pause or cancel, or interact with whatever it's doing. It's the same control the mobile app gives you, on a bigger screen.
Settings
- Billing — your plan and usage. See Plans & pricing.
- Preferences — account and dashboard options.
- Permissions — review and adjust what your devices and apps are allowed to do.
- Secrets — manage credentials the agent can use, scoped and access-controlled.
Everything updates live — status, progress, and activity appear without refreshing, over a real-time connection to each device.
