Mobile app
The Kiki mobile app is your computer in your pocket — not the place you do everything, but the place you check in and step in. See your devices, watch a task, and take the wheel when it matters.
Sign in and see your devices
Sign in with the same account as the dashboard, and your devices show up in the Fleet view: each one with live status (online, what it's working on) and the sessions running on it. Tap a device to see its tasks.
To add a device to your account, see Connecting a device.
Take over a task
Open a running task in the Remote view and you get controls that match what it's doing — transport controls for media, progress and pause/cancel for an agent task, gauges for a device you're monitoring. Press a control and it happens on the device, in real time.
Whether your taps drive the task depends on its control mode — in Assisted mode, your approval can be exactly what the agent is waiting for. You can always at least watch.
It keeps up with you
The app reflects your fleet live — when a task progresses, a device comes online, or the agent needs you, you see it without refreshing. Background tasks keep running while you look at another; Kiki never pauses the work you're not watching.
Personal and team
If you're on a team, switch between your personal devices and a shared team fleet — the same contexts as the dashboard.
Optional, like the rest of the cloud
The mobile app is part of the optional cloud experience. Your devices run fine without it — it's there so you can reach them from anywhere.
